These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the SupremeBill Android application operated by SupremeBill ("we", "our", "us").

By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.

1. Use of the Application

1.1 License

SupremeBill grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application for your personal or internal business purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms.

1.2 Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

  • License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application or make the Application available to any third party.
  • Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Application.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of SupremeBill or its affiliates, partners, suppliers, or the licensors of the Application.

2. Accounts and Registration

You may need to create an account to access certain features of the Application. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Content

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize the use of critical content, meaning any data, text, or information you submit, post, or display on or through the Application. You retain all of your ownership rights in your content.

4. Privacy

Your access to and use of the Application is also conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of SupremeBill. Please read our Privacy Policy carefully before using the Application.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Application immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SupremeBill or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, checking data or other info, business interruption, personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Application, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Application, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if SupremeBill or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, excluding its conflicts of law rules.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
